TikTok application
The rules of the Influencify app that connects a TikTok account to the studio, to place video drafts in the inbox.
Influencify is a studio for digital personas, operated from France. Website: influencify-ai.com. Contact: the site form.
These terms govern the Influencify TikTok application (Login Kit and inbox video drafts). By authorizing the app, you accept them.
Influencify is a creation studio for digital personas. The TikTok app is used only to:
video.upload).The app does not publish on your behalf. It does not use video.publish. Going live remains an action inside the TikTok app.
Connecting is voluntary. You must own the account, or be authorized to link it. The studio stores a TikTok identifier, access and refresh tokens, and the username, solely to place drafts.
You may revoke access at any time from TikTok (authorization settings) and from the Influencify studio (disconnect the character). Revocation stops uploads.
The service is for users aged 18 and over.
Videos sent are produced in the Influencify studio (digital personas, generated or imported images and clips). You remain responsible for what you upload: rights in visuals, music, text, and compliance with TikTok rules.
Influencify does not guarantee that a video will be accepted, recommended or monetized by TikTok. A draft may stay in the inbox, be rejected, or be edited by you before publishing.

A breach may lead to disconnecting the account and, where applicable, suspending studio access.
The Influencify brand, the studio, the personas and the site artwork belong to Influencify, subject to third-party rights (TikTok, fonts, generation tools).
Content you create in the studio remains yours, within the licences of the AI engines used. By sending a video to TikTok, you grant Influencify the technical right to transmit it to TikTok for that upload.
TikTok (ByteDance) remains a separate service. Its behaviour, ranking, rejections and outages are outside Influencify's control. Use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's terms, which govern everything that happens on their platform.
The Influencify app does not access your private messages, friend list, or direct publishing. The scopes requested are user.info.basic and video.upload.
The service is provided as is. Influencify is not liable for TikTok outages, API quotas, a rejected video, or account use that breaches these terms.
To the extent permitted by French law, Influencify's liability for the TikTok app is limited to direct, foreseeable damage, excluding lost profits and reputational harm.
These terms apply while the TikTok account remains connected, and to uploads already made. Influencify may update these pages. The date at the top prevails. Continued use after an update amounts to acceptance, unless you object via the site form.

The personas presented by Influencify (photos, videos, and voice where applicable) are digital models. Their visuals and content are produced or assisted by artificial-intelligence tools. They do not portray an identified natural person.
When content is generated or substantially modified by AI, Influencify discloses it here on a lasting basis. A partnership or sponsored post is labelled separately where required.
The AI engines used remain third-party services. Their licences and terms apply to the content they generate, in addition to these terms.
