What the Influencify app reads, stores and sends when you connect a TikTok account, and how to exercise your rights.

This page describes processing for the TikTok application (Login Kit and inbox drafts). The public site and studio may process other data (studio account, generated media) under the same principles.
When you authorize the app:

The data is used only to:
No targeted advertising, no sale, no commercial profiling from TikTok data.
Performance of the service you request (account linking, draft upload), GDPR article 6.1.b. Influencify's legitimate interest (6.1.f) for token security and technical logs of uploads. You may withdraw TikTok consent by revoking the app.
Recipients are:
No transfer to data brokers.
TikTok tokens are kept while the account stays connected, then deleted on disconnect or revocation. An expired token is refreshed or removed. Studio videos follow Influencify media retention (library), independently of TikTok. Technical logs are kept as long as needed for security (on the order of a few months).
TikTok may process data outside the European Union. That transfer is inherent in using their API. Influencify has no TikTok transfer other than that call. For the rest of the studio, hosting is chosen to run the service; cloud processors may sit in the EU or in a country covered by an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
A banner asks you to accept or refuse audience-measurement cookies on the first visit. The choice is kept for 6 months (local storage, no tracking).
Exempt from consent: remembering that choice; Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise on the contact form (security, CNIL guidance).
Subject to consent: Google Analytics (G-KCYWVFC2P8). Loaded only after Accept. Refusing does not block browsing.
The TikTok app does not set a cookie inside TikTok: authorization happens at TikTok, then a return to our server.
The app is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly connect a minor's TikTok account. If a case is reported to us, the tokens are deleted.
